This box of soft cultured cashew chease contains 4 x 120g cashew cheases, all naturally fermented and made in the Mendip Hills of Somerset. A vegan equivalent to soft goat cheese, these are good on crackers with chutney, or spread onto bagels, crumpets or rye crispbread. The box contains:
- Smoked & Chipotle Chilli (paprika)
- Garlic & Herb (chives, oregano)
- Sumac & Cumin (with pink Himalayan salt)
- Activated Charcoal (with pink Himalayan salt)
About the Maker
Bath Culture House makes artisan vegan cheese, in the Mendip Hills of Somerset. All items are vegan and made by a fermentation geek who switched dairy for plants. The founder studied biology which flourished into a career making cheese, which then led to teaching fermentation workshops at Demuths Cookery School in Bath.
