Vegan Caramel (Pick Up Limes) is an ideal sauce to drizzle on vegan ice-cream or bakes and cakes. It’s made with brown sugar and palm-oil-free vegan butter, alongside coconut cream, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Serve this sauce with coffee and with vegan whipped cream. You can also use it on apples, pancakes, waffles, yoghurt or brownies. Or just eat it with a spoon! You could even use it to sandwich vegan sponge cakes together.
