Pumpkin Pecan Chocolate Fudge (The Awesome Green) is a very simple, tasty and healthy (ish) recipe. Packed with vegetables and protein, this is a layered fudge made with pumpkin and almond butter (and coconut milk) and a nutty seedy base with rolled oats (sweetened with pitted dates). The top layer is simply made from 2 melted chocolate bars.
