Vegan Sticky Toffee Pudding (The Happy Pear) is a plant-based wholesome version of the world’s favourite dessert (really, it’s official!) This traditional pud is made with dates and coconut toffee, serve with vegan vanilla ice cream and drizzled toffee sauce on top.
